Enclosure Systems

A Pioneer In Enclosure Systems For Our Toughest Environments

With deep roots in the Canadian scaffold enclosure industry, Layfield has been pioneering better ways to safely and economically protect workers and assets from the harmful effects of weather. Close collaboration with our customers and industry partners has allowed us to develop a diverse range of tarpaulins and films that are purpose-built for your enclosure needs. We build many of these products in our North American facilities for fast turnaround and quality construction.

The WeatherPro™ enclosure line has roots reaching back almost 40 years, and it all started with the trusted and versatile Tension Enclosure System (TES®). This line of enclosures has expanded to include other means of tarpaulin attachment, including a track-based system (WES) and a shock-cord system (WPX), depending on your project needs.

Enclosure Systems

WeatherPRO™ TES

The WeatherPRO™ Tension Enclosure System (TES) is designed to attach to standard 7’ & 10’ scaffolding frames and is constructed with interlocking reinforced edges. Grommets and connector pins are used to connect one to the next, forming a weather-tight seal.

WeatherPRO™ WES

The WeatherPRO™ Enclosure System (WES) uses a unique track system designed to attach to most scaffold frames or directly to a structure. The tracks are made from high-strength, lightweight aluminum or tough, flexible plastic. The tarpaulin is built with rope edges to slide into the track attachment.

WeatherPRO™ XTREME

WeatherPRO™ XTREME (WPX) is a string-reinforced fabric enclosure system using special elasticized shock cords to attach to a structure or scaffold.

Product Details

WeatherPRO™ enclosure systems use several hardware styles to attach to scaffolding, cable, or other structures for use in construction and weather protection.
