This packaging process, commonly utilized in the manufacturing industry, entails creating bags or pouches from a continuous roll of film, referred to as roll stock. This efficient packaging method seamlessly integrates forming, filling, and sealing into a single, continuous vertical operation and is widely adopted for packaging products such as snacks, grains, powders, liquids, and more. The Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) machine adeptly transforms a film into the shape of a tube/pouch, vertically fills the pouch with the product and subsequently seals it.
